Scrambling with a group from RM board.  I drove down the night before and camped in the town site.  Around 0100 I developed a migraine, so when my alarm went off, I ripped up my tent and tossed it in my vehicle, unsure if I'd do anything that day.  I couldn't even stomach boiled water at that point.  I sped off to the Carmeron Lake lot and met up with the others (Sonny, Vern, Bob, Linda, Kelly, James and Eric).  After joking with Vern for a couple of minutes, I decided to give it a try (the plan being Alderson, Buchanan, and Carthew) - it would have been a waste of gas otherwise!  By the time I dragged my ass to the summit of Alderson, every step pushed my eyeball one step closer to exploding, so I called it quits, and watched the others depart for some terrific elevation loss towards Buchanan.  After lazing around for a half hour or so, I started down to see somebody else taking a nap lower down.  Turned out to be Bob, who had sprained his ankle a couple weeks previous and didn't feel up to the 3 peaks either.  We strolled out together under amazing autumn weather and drove back to Calgary.
